I wish I could have gotten her name. However, an employee who I was doing an actual order and transaction with was not kind. To describe this employee he had black glasses, brown short hair, and is on the heavier side. He has no customer service skills. He was completely distant with his tone and actions. Anytime I was saying something he would look off into the other direction as if I was keeping him from doing something else more important. All around he was very rude, not someone I would have working front counter.
