After 30 minutes of waiting I was told to pull up to the waiting spot because I guess they didn't have 4 nuggets ready. So why would the m nuggets be like warm and stale when I got them?

When I was able to get somebody’s attention, She was so abrupt and slammed my items in the counter. No “thank you” or anything. The expected customer service at McDonald’s overall has gone down the drain in recent years. Although most of my recent visits to any location have been subpar- this stands out as even worse than usual.
