- JBJoel BakerMar 29, 20261.0If you have read any of my reviews, I only leave them for excellent experiences or completely terrible experiences. This is definitely the latter. Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway. The manager, Morgan, was shockingly rude to my wife for no reason. On top of that, we ordered two footlong sandwiches and were given what amounted to 1.5 subs — completely unacceptable and feels dishonest. When I called to address the issue, Morgan hung up on me mid-conversation instead of even attempting to resolve it. That level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unbelievable. Between the poor service, incorrect order, and outright dismissive attitude, this place has lost our business permanently. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else. I will never spend my money there.
- KJKierra JayySep 6, 20202.0The food was good, but let’s talk about this service. The young man that was working was extremely rude, to not only us, but to the other older lady employee. I asked to get cookies (b/c my meal came with it) & he responds “oh, she’ll do that. Gotta make her do something around here.” Then, I stand there awaiting & she finally asked if she could help me after about 5-7 minutes (mind you, he is at the register waiting with me). She gets upset & hands me the cookies with an aggressive “HERE.” Then the guy tells her “next time you & such and such works, make sure she’s on the counter.” Just being plain rude to his coworker in front of people. To top it off, he had friends walking up to the counter in front of customers asking for cigarettes. Beats all I have ever seen!!
