  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this has happened enough times that it feels worth mentioning. A male staff member at this location often comes across as unnecessarily rude or passive-aggressive. Hanging up the phone, comments like “it’s pretty late to be ordering” when they’re nowhere near closing, or visible irritation when we ordered only drinks, it just makes the experience so uncomfortable. We also consistently tip (at least $5, usually more), so I’m honestly confused by the attitude. I’m not sure if this is directed at us specifically or if it’s just how he treats customers in general. The few interactions me and my fiancé have had with other staff has been pleasant and I don’t know if this man is just burnt out on his job but it’s really uncomfortable and I feel the service would be better if they delegated customer service tasks onto other more customer savvy employees.

  Ordered 5 pizzas on my sons birthday at 10:30 am! Went to pick it up at 3 pm and waited 15 min until the app said my order was ready. Walked in and they said that it would be 10 more min due to one of my pizzas falling apart! I didn’t even up getting my pizzas till 4 pm and the staff were not the friendliest. I’m not one to complain, but this staff was very unprofessional and had plenty of time to make our pizzas! IMO this was not acceptable! Do better Ripley Dominos!
