I'm on the fence with this place. It's close for me, but then again quality is spotty.
Typically I have not had to question if the food is cooked, but there was one point where nothing was coming out cooked properly. If you never stop in for a pickup, you likely don't know that Domino's uses a conveyor system for baking. This means things either need a certain amount of passes or speed. Well, there was a time that all of the sudden the bread bowls were still uncooked. It took like 3 weeks for it to get addressed. No idea if it ended up being an employee or the baking machinery, but it has seemed solved as of the past two months at least.
Around the same time, started noticing spottiness on the cutting of the pizza pies has been the new issue.
Either they haven't cut the pies clean through or the slices were so unevenly cut that you either ended up with you'd have two slices that were 45% of the pie, 4 that were 11% each, and then 2 slivers that were about 5.5% of the pie. And the cutting is entirely an employee issue.
I also want to inform that Friday and Saturday nights are the worst times to order from here. These are the peak nights for them. I haven't seen worse than an extra 15 minutes added to my estimates once, but I can absolutely believe the issues others report. Its rare, but if an establishment is dealing with a large volume party order -I could understand them melting down on customer service at the phone and not being able to get something in the oven for a solid hour or two beyond that party order. They really don't have the setup and manpower at this location and frankly I don't think many Domino's are setup for the volume that the app can allow one to order.
This place has also had a supply chain issue once before. There was a time earlier in the year (2025) where they were not getting chicken from corporate. I think there was a national issue with other chains around the same time regarding chicken meat availability. Unfortunately corporate could not give them a decent answer, so they could only inform that they were in the dark on the matter. It took a solid month or so for that to resolve. The chicken option was properly disabled in the app so it wasn't like you could order and not receive -there was no ability to order anything with chicken.
I learned from one night doing a pickup that the ownership passed down from Mom to son. The manager actually came in to help support the store to get orders out. So he is active and doing what he can.
If you get creative with the sauces, be forward that the BBQ is a bit watery. I've experimented with a few combinations as there are some family members who get acid reflux from tomato sauce. If you go BBQ I don't suggest the hand pan as the cheese was floating off. It worked ok as a hand tossed pie. The only logical toppings with the BBQ sauce IMO was the shreaded steak bits and the cheddar cheese blend.
I wish that from a corporate standard for all of the stores that they had an olive oil option in substitution for tomato sauce. Aside from a handful of Mom and Pop style Pizzarias in NJ -you never encounter Blanco options. White pies are an unheard of rarity in most states and the only big change is to use olive oil on the bread before adding mozzarella, some scattered spoon drops of feta, and maybe some oregano or broccoli florets scattered atop.
