From the moment you walk in, everything just feels a cut above the rest—clean, welcoming, and genuinely well-run. The staff here are incredible: friendly, patient, and always happy to customize your order just the way you like it. Shoutout to Brynn (I think that was her name) for her amazing customer service—she made great suggestions and even remembered my order the next time I came in!The ingredients are consistently fresh—crispy veggies, perfectly baked bread, and clean prep stations every time I visit. Even during busy hours, the staff works quickly and efficiently without making anyone feel rushed. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. The store itself is spotless and has a nice, relaxed vibe—perfect for a quick lunch or even eating in. I’ve been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. That kind of consistency is rare and super appreciated. If you're in or around Ranson and craving a solid, delicious sub made with care, this is 100% the Subway to go to. Better than most fast food experiences by a mile. Highly recommend!

The woman taking my order was incredibly friendly and efficient. I ordered a Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado wrap and it was definitely one of the best wraps I’ve ever had. Overall the experience was delightful, and I’m definitely going back with my family next time.
