  Very poor service!!! Put a mobile order in at 10:40 am, it's breakfast they serve breakfast until 11am and the mobile app would only offer breakfast at that time. My son went to go pick it up (it's after 11 now) and he's told it's lunch we are not serving breakfast now you will have to cancel the order. The order was placed before 11 and it should have been taken care of, it was not placed after 11. Wasting the customers time!! Don't offer something if you can not fulfill the order!!! Very rude for you all to do!!! Customer service is very poor.

  Очікувати 20-ть хвилин, - МакДональдс, - це не припустимо! Рівень сервісу не відповідає тому, що декларує компанія, якщо б я керував цим закладом мені, було б соромно.

  Sat in the drive through I’m not lying for 30 min. I had time so I sat there but sheesh, for McDonald’s that’s crazy. Then I get to the window and they still make me sit at a parking spot to wait for my MOBIL order I had placed. They seem understaffed or I’m not sure. But I wouldn’t recommend this location if in a rush.

  A perfect example of what happens when management allows a place to be short staffed during lunch and dinner rushes on Weekends. I was coming in to pick up a door dash that should have been ready as it had been ordered over 15 minutes ago and was just two boxes of nuggets and french fries. There was a line of 7-8 people there and not a soul at the counter. Everyone was talking about how long they'd been waiting- average seemed to be over half an hour, with some claiming 45 minutes. One woman in front of me waited an hour for them to get her order wrong- and then they gave her the burger out of someone else's order to get her out of the way. One kept calling and asking for a refund The drive through seemed to be the priority- no one manning the front- I was waiting to pick up a doordash and ended up helping a customer use the machine to place her order so she could at least get her order in line (she had waited over 10 minutes). One grinch order sat over an hour in the pickup window. The staff were scrambling in the back, visably frantic and overwhelmed- but for some reason they were also running things outside to people despite the windows appearing to work? Update: EVEN WHEN THEY ARE SLOW, they suck. I stood there for 10 minutes with my bag five feet away and sealed trying to flag down an employee. There were two cars in the drive through the entire time and they were laughing and joking around.
