- CPCheyenna Plotner2 days ago1.0What I wanted vs. what I got… Wasn’t anything near Dubai chocolate, was literally the almond pistachio ice cream with a crap ton of almonds and hot fudge in it. It came in this huge cup and the ice cream tasted like it had coffee pods in it with those griddy, nasty chunks of “chocolate.” We came up to the window, paid, waited at the window for about 3-5 minutes, then someone else came to the window to ask if I’d been helped, I said yes, and he told the other people what I was missing. Got the order and it was AWFUL. We ended up googling it after and the website said they did NOT have the Dubai at that location right now yet they didn’t feel the need to tell me that, just tried to cover it up with some NASTY creation. I’m so disappointed. 2/10. Also charged me $12+ dollars for this. 99.9% went down the drain, LITERALLY.

However when you call in regards to not having the basic ice cream and I ask a questions the person on the phone snaps at me saying uh no. I get it you wanna go home however the store doesn’t close for another two hours. So please when I ask what ice cream you have don’t say none. Please remember that as patience as we being with you have the same respect.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
