  20 minutes wait for a large sweet tea. Not the first time for a 20+ minute for simple orders. And orders after mine getting served

  This location is very hit & miss. The food is usually fresh but anytime i make any changes it never comes that way - example : extra anything or take off anything. Also one of the ladies that works there will complain every time about giving out sauce if you don’t order it but anytime i order & pay for it i never get it. I do mobile orders most of the time so these experiences are from that. Other than those issues i never really have problems with the food being hot or more on the fresh side/fresh. It’s more so just the little things that are aggravating.Also i order Unsweetened tea & sometimes it’s really good & others it taste sour.

  Not very friendly workers, takes forever to take your order. Half the time the food is wrong.
