  I did on online order. When I got there at the time it was supposed to be ready, they did not made my food. And said they would not refund from the store. Subways won’t respond, so I paid $40 for food that was never attempted to be made.

  Terrible customer service. Lazy worker acted miserable to be at work!!!! I won’t be back.

  Don’t answer the phone at either Princeton location. Was overcharged and given a sub with bad meat and a pizza sub that was not heated. Over charged on both items. Have been trying to reach the manager for 4 days now. Was told she would return my call. She has not. Bad business practices!
