When my wife and I arrived there to mcdonald's the lady working the front was really rude and said they didn't have our food because the ticket didn't come through after I waited for around 35 minutes at first when she first said they would get it ready. So then I had to go out to the car to get my wife to get her phone to prove our order. The lady at the front was still rude and complaining to another lady at the front about working there. Then after we got the food they still forgot to put one of the meals in the bag anf still forgot our drinks. The manager was the only one we seen in there working extremely hard while everyone else was dragging around. We didn't even get offered a refund for the over hour wait or an apology or anything. We got the food home and the buns were hard we could barely eat it. The lady in the front through my son's frys upside down in the bag. It was a complete disaster. Again we got no refund, no apology or anything.
