The chicken was incredibly dry—honestly felt like it had been sitting under the heat lamp since last Tuesday. For a place known for fresh, bold flavor, these were tough and lacked any juiciness. Definitely not the quality I expected.

The chicken in the warmer looked old so we requested fresh chicken and they still tried to give us the old chicken! We requested a refund and went to Chik-fil-a. Sad because we live Bojangles and we visit one everytime we travel south.
