Cassie the Manger mind you, had a very terrible customer service attitude and was very argument when I originally came into to just have two things in my order fixed and it was very small things that turned into much bigger things when Cassie was called up to come and help me and actually did quite the opposite of help. I tried to tell her that I had gotten light onions on my hamburger and had just wanted more onions on it and before I could even finish what I was trying to say interrupted me and said that what was on my hamburger was light onion and when you say light onions that's what you get and there was literally no onions on my hamburger and I asked for extra Carmel in my Carmel frappe and I couldn't even get to asking for that after she shut me down so quickly on the first try to express my concern with my order that I paid with my money that I get from working hard at my job much like I'm sure Miss.Cassie can relate even though she might not have the most work appropriate attitude when handle customers and helping them with questions, comments, or concerns. As a Manger you are supposed to be able to de-escalate a situation before it gets to a boiling over point and Miss.Cassie almost seemed like she liked pushing back and pushing back to see how much of a reaction she could get out of me and I had just gotten off from a long day at work and wanted to have something quick and easy to eat and it became so much more complicated then fast food should EVER be. Overall this single person who is in such a high position in the store made it such and Uncomfortable, unpleasant, made me feel unappreciated as a customer, upsetting, extremely complicated, and disgusting experience here the way I was treated by the Manger who's name is Cassie. Also when asked for corporates number told me she couldn't give it to me, I found it anyways and will be contacting corporate to see what further steps can be made when I have the chance.

Ashley at Point is a true keeper. She is smooth and friendly and handles problems with ease. And trust me we need that in this world. We're all human sometimes we're in a rush and sometimes we're just in a rut. But to treat somebody as human and friendly and and just human is so important in a lot of we all forget that. Thank you Ashley. ❤️ Customer service should always be remembered as a cornerstone of who we are and where we come from in life. And she is a true representation of that.

Ordered breakfast on the app at 1015....left to pick it up at 1020. Was refused at the drive through at 1033 because they were no longer serving breakfast. And not in a polite manner. I won't be back, the fries are always cold. It's fairly close to my house but I'll go somewhere else
