  Lady at window was really nice, I order my food online and when I got there 20 plus minutes later when I arrived she said that she hadn't even started preparing our order because she was the only one there,and that she was backed up on orders and if I still wanted what I ordered. So I waited at the drive thru window. But the part that really got me, is that when her help arrived no one wore gloves the entire time! They were answering phones, touching food, touching drive thru window ,touching everything! never once did I see them wearing gloves or washing their hands! Also I usually get the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, don't ask for extra ranch sauce on your sandwich because they normal say they cant add extra sause to them? Which i question because sometimes it has the right amount of ranch sauce,and most times it does not! Well tonight I think they hardly put any on my sandwich at all!!

  Ordered a large hand tossed meat pizza. No special instructions just a plain meat pizza. Pepperoni sausage ham and bacon. Never had to check my pizza before but I will from now on. It was a meat pizza alright. It had about a handful of meat on the entire pizza and that handful included all the meats ordered for it. The crust weighed more than all the toppings combined. It lookes like they attempted to make stuffed crust and realized it wasn't what was ordered and just pulled the cheese out. The crust around the outside of the pizza was about a quarter of the pizza itself from outside to the inner most part of the pizza where the toppings start is almost 4 inches. I could cover the toppings of the pizza almost completely with my hand. I've called multiple times to try to get it remade and I get out on hold or have to listen to the ridiculous adds and music to never talk to anyone and have the made right. $20 for a pizza so simple that they messed it up. This place must be a circus from the looks of it through the drive thru window because it seems the clowns are running it and the 2 I seen looked lost. I thought little Ceasars was bad but I think I'll try them next time. Trying to get through the drive thru was another adventure. They can't take the extra 10 steps to walk to the delivery driver parking so that park close to the building almost in the curve. I had to do a 4 point turn just to get in. Coming back to edit after seeing other reviews, maybe the owner who seems to be so sorry for the bad experience needs to walk in and rack a few brains and get this resolved. Of all the bad reviews I seen, not one time was there mention of contacting them to make things right just give us another chance. How many do you need before you see that your management skills and ownership isn't worth the pizza you make and that's not worth much.

  It doesn’t matter the time or day we order, they’re always 20-40 minutes over the estimated pickup time. This location use to be amazing but something’s changed in the past year.

  Last time I came to the drive through window they told me to come back 3 times. Currently sitting waited behind a car for 13 minutes then pulled to window and have waited another 7 and they still haven’t come to the window.

  Im Italian and i swear this pizza is close to authentic, we lobe it. Well the chicken bacon ranch with jalapeños is absolutely the best pizza ever. I wish they had muffalettas, but oh well. The people are always amazing every time we go in they are all super nice
