- JMJ Moore1 day ago1.0Food was good until I found a black hair in the onion rings, I dont have black hair and my hair isn't short. Unfortunately I didnt open the box until I was headed down the road. Yuck!
- MGMason Gribble4 days ago1.0On Saturday, April 25th, around 8:00 PM, I visited the Dairy Queen drive-thru. There was no greeting, and the employee abruptly stated, "What do you want? Our kitchen is closed, so you can’t get anything from the grill." After I responded, "Oh, okay, thanks," I overheard an employee saying, "Shut up." When I questioned this, they claimed they weren't speaking to me. I decided to leave. The next day, April 26th, 2026, I returned to the drive-thru at 1:26 PM. I ordered two sandwiches with specific topping removals and a 4-piece chicken strip. The sandwiches were made incorrectly with all the toppings, and the chicken strips were missing from the order. During the drive-thru interaction, the employees were laughing and provided minimal, rude communication. Hands down the worst 33 dollars I’ve ever spent in my life I would rather give it to a homeless person then to ever experience this again

The inexperience of the staff working standing around doing nothing while the drive through was running out in the street was insane. People were from the counter clear out the door. I used to frequent this establishment but I won't ever be returning here. Fix yourself!
