  This place needs help, customer service help, more training, more management and employee reviews… you should focus more on working together as a team to get orders out to paying customers rather than blame each other for your continued mistakes. Another thought… McDonald’s (as a whole) should be thanking their customers for their patronage.. I haven’t ever heard a McDonald’s employee say thank you to me for spending my money there. You can do better.. please do better.

  If I could give 1 star I would absolutely terrible service I got my food the Big Arch Meal, the bigger was completely fallen apart and they literally had a tag in my burger. Also service is complete trash and refused me a refund after all that. Don't take your family here.

  Got the big arch meal and the tag for the meat was between the patties and expired never again

  They never get my order right. And if you're not going to make the coffee right at least give your customers a spoon and some sugar and creamer and tell them that it's not prepared.

  If they would LISTEN to your order and PAY attention literally the 10th time they still can’t get my order correct if your order a sausage egg and cheese and say ADD bacon why would u turn it into a bacon egg and cheese would i not order a bacon egg and cheese if thats what i wanted i sure as hell pay for extra but have got it 1 time
