I could not get ahold of an actual person and who I did talk to was completely uneducated on whether my cancelled order would be refunded. Some one needs to contact me or I will be blasting this company all over every platform I can. I have added two photos of which my order was canceled and I was still charged with no word on wether I would be refunded or not because “it was this employee’s first time refunding and online order and he’s pretty sure it will be refunded but he just don’t know”.
