They gave me an iced coffee with raspberry in it! It could have closed my throat off. Good thing I looked before taking a drink. They need to get their act together.
- MKMaddie KirammanMar 7, 20261.0the cashiers are rude. the drinks are great but, my god these cashier's are rude. it's enough to make me not want to return. id drive over on Emerson just to avoid this Dunkin, and their rude cashiers, and customer service. guess they hired a bunch of new gens because this behavior is disgusting. another thing, is that I ordered an avocado toast on the app, they proceed to wait to tell me when I pull up to the window that they're out, I asked for my money back, but they proceeded to say I had to do it through the app. I also had told her to have a great day and she slammed the window in my face. then today I ordered something, I was digging out the ten cents I owed, nobody behind me so I thought I could take my time digging through my change when the women rudely reminded me of the ten cents when I knew I was short. not returning.
