I'd heard this Wendy's and the one at the Fayetteville Town Center were fighting to be the district's worst, and they're certainly in the running. Placed an online order 20 minutes before arriving only to wait an additional ten minutes at the window for cold, greasy and leathery fries and a lukewarm burger. I had hope for my drink as the Coke looked like Coke and not watered down ice tea, but that was disappointing as well. At least they got the light ice right.

Forget something, or give me the wrong thing entirely. But tonight there was literally nobody in the store, nobody in the drive through. I put in my mobile order for pickup and everything was as cold as my drink. I took a bite out of my sandwich and it was as cold as if it had been sitting in a refrigerator I just don't understand it. They have people that work there, but it doesn't really seem like they care at all or use common sense. Sometimes I get it's just fast food and nobody really wants to do that job. But at the same time, I don't feel like I'm just gonna throw cold food out of a window when I have time. To at least, put it in a microwave. Or something?
