I had not received my order by 1:25 so I called the store an was told it was on its way. I finally got my cold food an hour later. Threw it in the trash cause after being in a car for an hour it was no longer edible. Was not offered a refund. Horrible customer service.

It doesn't matter if you SCHEDULE your stuff to be delivered at a specific time, your food will still be lumped in with every other delivery and WILL be late. So don't plan on anything being on time from them ever. I feel for the drivers because they're probably the ones getting the heat from people. Then if you go check on the site about your progress, it says it was delivered the night prior? What is going on there? Please get your act together...make the changes needed. Just do better.
