Lady working at Window at 1:20 am 4/4/26 was very rude, I asked for a dirty medium and large Baja blast and she gave me a large normal Baja and medium dirty, I politely say “hey I asked for a dirty large as well” she then says “no you didn’t, and then we change for that” in a condescending way, then I offered I could pay for another one, then she goes back slamming things around makes the drink knowing she was wrong. Then when done I offered again to pay for it and she shoves it towards me and my bag of food and grunts at me. Food was great but she is not, definitely not fit for customer service. Maybe make her the janitor, would suit her better getting out all that rage when the cleaning stained toilets and taking out the trash.

Typical Taco Bell. The food was consistent with other locations. The service was a little disorganized. The dining area was mostly clean but could have been moped.
On the morning of Tuesday, March 17th, the man at the counter—wearing glasses—was handling the food without gloves. I found this absolutely repulsive. The young woman who took my order seemed dazed or distracted; ultimately, they failed to include the sauce I had requested, and their overall attitude toward me was poor. You are the worst restaurant with the worst staff in the entire city.

I ordered through GrubHub from this restaurant, and after customer care told me they couldn’t get ahold of the restaurant, I decided to call them myself. The staff went above and beyond to fix the situation. They got my food delivered within 15 minutes and even gave me a couple of free taco coupons.
I really appreciate the effort they put in to make things right. Great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you!
