The steak was served barely above cold, and the lobster was badly overcooked—so much so that it could be bounced off the floor. The hamburger also had no taste. Meanwhile, the server never checked in to ask about drinks or our food, showing no concern. Instead, they were more focused on their own meals, finishing chores, or talking on their phones. It was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.
