Whole experience was 5 stars. Food came out quick and the tacos were spot on. Highly recommend!

Good spot, was remarkably clean for a spot on high street late at night. They also brought the food to us, not sure if that's the norm but good service is the last thing I'm expecting in the late hours of the night, so really neat to see. And food good of course

I went for a second time after a great first experience and the cashier (different than the young lady that helped me when the store had just opened) was rude and had an attitude the whole time. The food got cold super fast and was bland. However the shrimp tacos were mediocre at best. The very first time I had gone the young lady with glasses was very kind but it seemed like she was not there anymore. Sad to see.

Ordered online through the merchant website. Food was ready when we arrived except for the drinks. The cashier handed me cups and told me to get the drinks myself, but the Agua frescas we ordered we're behind the counter. He said to go put ice in the cups and bring them back for him, which seemed weird. I drove all the way home and quickly realized half of the food I ordered was missing including an order of birriaramen, a side of rice, a side of beans, and a churro. My wife tried calling the store and got no answer so I drove back. When I walked back in the cashier said "tell the customer don't worry about it, I realized I forgot their food and refunded them already". I informed him the food was for my family and we'd still like to have the food we ordered. He said he could give me the food but would have to charge me again. I checked my account and no refund was pending and informed him I had not received a refund nor any confirmation or notice of a refund so I did not feel comfortable being charged again for food I already paid for. He said to trust him, the refund was there. I further informed him that I wanted the food or a confirmation of the refund, to which he said that I needed to chill out, it's not a big deal. Eventually he said he'll give me a break and give the missing food for free since he sees me in there all the time, even though I've never been to that restaurant. He then opened a warming bag, revealing the missing items for my order packed and ready to go. He also complained that he was losing money by giving away food and didn't understand why it mattered so much. I waited over a week to write this review in case the refund was delayed, but it never came. There was no refund issued. The food tasted bland and was dry. The portions were pretty conservative and there was not much "authentic" about the food at all. The rice was undercooked and there were still about 20% of the grains left uncooked. Avoid this place. The customer service is poor, the food quality is poor, and the value is not great.

As a Hispanic person in Morgantown my experience was a let down. I asked my husband for birria ramen, I wasn't feeling well and I wanted a brothy food that would be quick. Since this was our first experience at this establishment, we did spend time reviewing the menu for our kids as well. Pricing was lower than our usual place we frequent so we decided to give it a try. Service was terrible, my husband made it all the way home only to realize that half the order wasn't given to him upon pickup. This included the ramen, and sides to our son's meal. We don't live significantly far so my husband went back to pick up the missing food after no one picked up their phone when I attempted to call about the order. The food: my eldest (10) said the carne asada was dry and was not freshly made, my youngest (1.5) used the sides for sensory play because the rice wasn't fully cooked and the churro was dry and had been sitting out. Even the birria tacos were dry as well as the birria in the ramen was as well which is harder to do in a broth. The ramen had sat for so long that it did not have broth left and the noodles were significantly overcooked. There was no effort made to remake the order even after it had been sitting for over 40 min since the order stated it would be ready. Overall I'm deeply disappointed in this restaurant. No one in my family enjoyed their meal and my husband had to go twice to the establishment. We will not be returning. My recommendation is to not go after 2p on a Sunday because your order will not be made fresh and to triple check you have all your items before leaving the establishment because they will refund whatever items they didn't give you without trying to contact you even when they have your phone number when an order was placed on their site.
