I work in hospitality and I was completely wowed! Food was great. I believe his name was Uche Jr? A young lady made my sandwich and it was perfect! Way to go!!!!

When I was next, I said that I had a mobile order and was told that it will be a minute. So the guy asks the next person in line what they want and start on his order while mine hasn’t even been started on. So I wait for another 20 minutes while they make other orders before my order is ready. This is ridiculous.
- BHBraden HamrickAug 11, 20255.0This is “THE BEST SUBWAY”. All the other subway’s in Morgantown are terrible with their service and food, especially high street, but I love this location. There is one worker in particular who makes it really great. He’s always so welcoming with such a good energy, iykyk. The entire staff though is great. I will only go to this subway. The company needs to give these people a raise or some sort of incentive for how great they are.
- TDterryann daltonJun 24, 20251.0Ordered a veggie pattie sub from menu. Received a sub with lettuce tomatoes onions no patty. I called and spoke to the manager. He said they don't sell veggie patties. Well its on their menu if they don't have it remove it
