    I’m not one to post negative reviews for organizations but after this experience, it’s definitely warranted. I also don’t like to toss around the Veteran card, But after the rude service that I received today, and the fact that not only was I wearing a United States Army hat, but also an Army sweatshirt and my vehicle highly decorated with military paraphernalia, shouldn’t have been any question as to who they were talking to. My wife and I stopped in to order a quick lunch, we placed our order at 11:45 AM, at 11:55 AM. We was approached and ask if we had the order for Brooklyn, which neither of us have the name Brooklyn. The employee then went to the vehicle next to us and gave them that order. We then had to wait an additional 20 minutes and watched numerous cars come and go and still we have no food. I hit the button on the intercom to inquire about our order and explain that we have still not received our food. The person on the intercom then came back and asked if there was something wrong with our order, which there was obviously something majorly wrong. We didn’t even have our order. After a few moments, the person comes back on the intercom and expresses that the food is cold and they had to re-drop the tater tots. It was at this time. I expressed that we have appointments. We can’t wait any longer and ask if we could just get a refund. A Personal on the intercom comes back and states that they’ll have our order out as fast as they can. I expressed again, we cannot wait and ask about a refund. Person on the income comes back on and very rudely states that they’ll have the order out as soon as they can and then disconnect from the intercom. I then go up to the store to request the manager and expressed to the manager, the issues that happen with our order and expressed again we have to leave. We cannot wait, the manager is now even arguing telling me that they’ll have the food out as soon as they can. I honestly lost count how many times I requested a refund but at this point I finally became very irate and forced the manager to give a refund. If you’re looking for fast service, I would recommend going to a sit down restaurant. If you’re going to choose to come to this sonic I hope your order is not incorrect because you’re definitely not gonna get friendly or respectful customer service. Not once through this entire interaction was I even given an apology for their incompetence until I called the corporate customer service line and filed a complaint through them. Eat here at your own risk and hopefully you’re not on a short lunch break because you’re more than likely not gonna make it back in time to work. Furthermore, this is the attitude they give a Combat Veteran that has literally put their life on the line to protect their freedoms in order to behave to the public in this manner. It’s very very disappointing that sonic apparently doesn’t train their employees to have respect for the public and their customer base.

    Just ordered a chocolate blast with three different candies. Got vanilla ice cream and 4 total m&ms. Literally the worst service possible. This has happened twice. I went back thinking the first time was a fluke, but unfortunately I was wrong.
