Haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in a very long time, and the Drive-Thru aspect caught my attention. It seemed very convenient, so I thought the family would try it.
Put my order in at 3:25 and arrived at the drive-thru at 3:35.
There were 4 cars in front of us.
Soon we had waited, without the line moving at all, for about 20 minutes. So I decided to call the store.
I chose the hotline option "1" which was for "Making a new order, or changing an existing one".
After giving my order number, they tried to transfer me to the store phone. Nobody would answer, I let it ring for 5 minutes.
I called customer service back, and the lady "Anna" said she couldnt find my order..... with my Phone Number, Name, and Order Number..... She could not find my order, and said she could not cancel it for me. (Not much of a customer service then, huh?)
I got out of my car, with several others, and we tried to see what was going on. Nobody would answer the door, it's drive thru only. So we knocked on the window.
Terrance, said that he had 3 no call no shows, and he was sorry.
We waited another 20 minutes before making it too the window, where Terrance made us wait another 5 minutes before even coming too the window.
He said he would cancel the order, since it sat there for 40 minutes finished. (I have to wait in the drive thru for everyone else's order to be finished??? Before I can pickup mine??? Stupid System
I am going to have to put a stop payment in with my bank, because the order was not canceled. So they're still trying to make me pay for this experience, as well.
I will never be back to Pizza Hut, I hadn't even eaten there for several years prior too this anyway.
