Orders were running about 5 to 10 minutes behind, but honestly with how packed it was that was completely understandable. What stood out the most was how well everyone worked together as a team. No one was standing around, every employee was moving with purpose, helping each other, and keeping things flowing the best they could. You could tell they were all working hard and doing their best to keep up with the rush. Whoever is managing that staff, good job. It definitely shows in how the team handles pressure.

The main issue I have is they don't tell you the wait time until after you have paid. The food was mediocre at best. I regret ordering with them. There are too many better options in Morgantown to waste time and money on Papa John's.
