    10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extremely long wait and delivery is outsourced to DoorDash. The main issue I have is they don't tell you the wait time until after you have paid. The food was mediocre at best. I regret ordering with them. There are too many better options in Morgantown to waste time and money on Papa John's.

    They switched my delivery to Door Dash and added 50 MORE MINUTES to my wait time. I do not want some unemployed rando driving around with my food. Gross.

    Employee was agressive, hateful, did not want to speak to me, and I have been waiting 15minutes on an order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. I will never eat here again. Little Caesars employees are much nicer…

    If I have to wait 30 minutes on pizza id like to have a chair to sit on. I was told by the employee that papa johns "doesnt want people hanging out in the lobby" then have your pizza ready when its supposed to be and its good to know you just want my money and as a customer that's all I am to you is a debit card. This is why you all are failing no customer appreciation whatsoever.
