At the estimated ready time, I tried calling the store to get an update on my order and there was no answer. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, it was not ready. I told them the name for the order and they were in the back for around 10-15 minutes until they came out to tell me their truck didn’t come in so they didn’t have the bagels to give me. I was offered 4 random bagels (they didn’t even have 13 bagels to give?) and a refund… I totally get sometimes these things happen but it’s frustrating that they knew they wouldn’t have the order ready and didn’t try to contact me (all my contact information was included in the order). Also frustrating that I tried to call the store and nobody would answer which would have saved me a trip. I get these things happened but it was handled completely inappropriately and I did not feel like there was any effort to make it right.
