My husband ordered half and half tea and received an Arnold Palmer. We had to ask for silverware and did not receive it. My nephew had to go to the bar and ask for it. We ordered a blooming onion. When they brought it, they brought 3 plates. We had 7 people in our party. This is the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. This was even more disappointing because we came out to celebrate my nieces college graduation. I would not recommend eating in this restaurant I would like to edit this review. Since my first post the Outback manager has reached out to me We went this morning and spoke with Kacey. They were very apologetic and sympathetic. Brian also reached out to us. They were very helpful and we were able to resolve our situation. I am really appreciative they took the time to reach out and resolve our situation. It shows they really care I want to say thank you to them both.
