I asked at the counter if that was indeed the actual amount for a large and I was told for their large, yes it was. There's a whole 2 inches of space. Recalibrate your machine, this is theft. Edit: also almost took a header in the mens room. It was snowing outside and I was wearing fairly rugged boots but the floor was so slick and there were no rugs or mats to help with anti-slip (all they have is a sign the floor might be slippery). If I hadn't caught myself I would have brained myself. Doesn't seem very elderly or ADA safe/friendly to me.

Argued with two staff members, one supposedly a manager, and lost count how many times I requested a refund because we didn’t have time to wait. Got the refund drove over to the drive-through for this McDonald’s. Place the order, paid for the order, receive the order all within two minutes. Keep up the good work, if sonic doesn’t get it together, your customer base is more than likely gonna be increasing.

We got through the line and checked our bag and were missing 2 items. I went inside and they were sitting there, just never got put in the bag. We pulled out at 8:53pm. 28 minutes for McDonald’s…. When we pulled up to the window to get our food, the boy working had no idea which order they were on and his coworker was standing there talking to him instead of maybe helping try to get orders correct and bagged to provide better service. Very disappointed and do not plan on coming back to this location any time soon.
