  Sandwich wasn't made as ordered, no tea by soda machine and asked and was told "oh yeah they forgot to make it" Go-to jersey mikes.

  They won't honor coupons that they agreed to have put in a coupon book where the proceeds go to support the Rosenbaum Family House at Ruby Hospital. They put corporate greed before supporting this important and beloved Morgantown institution which provides lodging for families of patients who are experiencing medical crises at Ruby Hospital. Apparently supporting the community isn't a priority for Jimmy John's.

  Well, they forgot to deliver my Dr. Pepper, but they are for sure freaky fast again! I’ve eaten here twice since reopening and they are much better this time around! Edit: The driver actually turned around and brought me my drink, and apologized. They have most certainly been redeemed in my eyes. It’s so good to have a good Jimmy John’s again!
