    Walked in and asked for a cheese steak because I’ve never been there and man at the front was super helpful explaining that they didn’t have cheese steaks but that they had roast beef and cheese. I got that and it’s amazing, thanked me for coming in and the lady that made my sandwich also was very hospitable overall amazing experience 10/10

    Besides the mayo packets missing from the bag, it was a complete 360 improvement from the previous years we've ordered from here. They are definitely stepping up their game. Thanks new & improved Jimmy John's!!!

    Unprofessional management. Extremely slow employees. Found a dark brown hair in my sub and reported it to the manager with no action taken just a we will try to make it better next time. Well, there won’t be a next time.
