When i looked at it i realized they didn’t even bother to fill it up all the way. No joke the liquid sat below the ice line. It was literally all ice too. Safe to say I was very sad and the workers could care less.

I didn’t think ordering two of the same drinks at the same time but with different milks would cause such an issue but it did. When I say it really blew this kids skirt up when I had the audacity to place both drink orders at the same time. I was quickly scolded with the utmost disrespect and told that “next time I need to distinguish that they’re two different drinks when ordering.” As I continued my journey to the window, the child yet again justified her speaking to me in that way in stating, “I didn’t think it would be such a big deal.” Honey…have you ever worked in customer service? Most customers who are being perfectly kind don’t really want to be chastised by disgruntled employees just for simply ordering coffee. In my many years of being a barista myself back in college, I would never imagine treating or speaking to someone that way. In all seriousness though, just do better. There’s no need to be nasty to people regardless of the situation.
