She raised her voice at my husband in front of other customers and then slammed the door where customers pick up their food. This behavior was unnecessary and uncomfortable to witness. Customer service should reflect respect and professionalism, especially from management. Unfortunately, this interaction did not meet that standard. I hope ownership takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated at this location.

The first 2 times I went and the people on speaker and at the window were rude I thought, okay maybe they're just not having a good day. But after MULTIPLE times going to this Dunkin and being rushed through my order, people being blatantly so rude, I'm convinced this either has to be a management issue or they are hiring the worst people on the planet. I will literally go out of my way to go across town to visit the other Dunkin in the area. This place is horrible.
