It's dominos for heavens sake, you expect a certain level of consistency across the chains but no, they dropped the ball with this one for sure. My issues are: waiting an hour for an order that 'never went through', attempting to order said food AGAIN through management, waiting and unspecified time for money to be returned to my account, and managements inability/unwillingness to care and being rudely rushed through trying to order for a second time. I should also mention that this is the THIRD time in a year that this has happened. I'm done, while it doesn't count for much, I will never be ordering from this shop again, good luck if you try to.

After standing and waiting for 3 minutes, they finally greet me and ask if I'm picking up an order. Surprise, it'll be another 5 minutes. 9 minutes later, they take it out then it ends up on the floor. They clean it up, and the genius who dropped it says nothing. Three minutes later, one of the girls apologizes, makes me another order, and offers a free drink. There's no Coke Zero, so I decline and here I stand still waiting for my very simple order. Not cool, Domino's.
