    Actually the slowest DQ in America. Not one time. Ever time you go. Bunch of teenagers who deliberately don’t take orders, turn the lights off in the drive thru and don’t even have the phone hooked up all because cause they don’t want to work. Takes probably 15 minutes for 1 order to make it through.

    Can't tell you how the food was because no one ever took my order. Waited almost 10 minutes and no one came to the front counter. The employees saw us standing there. Finally left. There were no customers in the restaurant.

    I ordered 2 cupcakes and a mini blizzard. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, no one in front of me. The cupcakes were just ice cream and some crunch The blizzard was melted. There is no reason I should wait 15 minutes for melted ice cream and barely a cupcake... If I wanted melted soup and vanilla ice cream, I would be so happy! Absolutely ridiculous

    I worked at a DQ for 4 years in high school, so I know what I’m about to say may seem rude. But, this is genuinely the most pathetic location I have ever been to. There has NEVER been anyone over the age of 16 working then any time I have came to order food. I have never gotten exactly what I ordered, always missing something. I waited for 25 minutes today with 1 car in front of me to even get to the window. I order a chicken strip basket with cheese curds and I recieved a basket with about 40 onion rings and 2 chicken strips. I am not joking. I couldn’t even go back to get the correct food because the line was so long. The drive thru line is always at least 30-45 minutes long no matter how many cars are in line. I get it, I was 16 once and wanted to have fun with my friends at work, but this is an obvious sign of poor management. Reading other reviews tells me this location has been struggling for years to fix these issues. It isn’t worth their time I suppose. I hate to complain because I have been in their shoes, but at the VERY least make sure your employees aren’t wearing pajamas at the counter guys.
