While waiting, an employee in the back was loudly yelling obscenities, including repeated use of the F-word and inappropriate comments about someone’s sister. That kind of language in a customer-facing environment is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, my Royal Choco Blizzard was not prepared correctly. The fudge was supposed to be layered in the center, but instead it was sitting at the bottom, defeating the entire point of the item. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and attention to basic standards were disappointing. I will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive to Cheat Lake, where the staff consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and proper customer service.

Waited 20 minutes for our food and we ended up having to holler for someone to give it to us because it was under the food lamp the whole time. The food portion is horrendous. Very poor customer service. Never coming here again.
