    Unbelievable. I can not explain how poorly managed this DQ is OR how they still are franchised. No customer service, no quality, and they could care less about how much of your time that they waste. Don't waste your time, that would be my advice. However, if you still go there, at least the rats around the dumpster will keep you entertained while you wait for your food.

    I literally waited in line for 30 minutes with two cars in front of me. I just left, it's unbelievable how slow this location is.

    Waited for 10 minutes at front. Was never served even after being seen. Reading the recent numerous reviews of 1 star, this staff and management needs to be replaced ASAP. I will be contacting DQ corporate to discuss this.

    Not sure how this DQ Star City,Wv even stays open not only is it the slowest I have ever been to but the quality is the worst. I ordered a snickers blizzard... I basically got a cup of vanilla ice cream.all they did is scoop a few teaspoons of snickers on top the ice-cream and put a lid on it. No care in a job your paid to do.
