    Waited for 10 minutes at front. Was never served even after being seen. Reading the recent numerous reviews of 1 star, this staff and management needs to be replaced ASAP. I will be contacting DQ corporate to discuss this.

    Not sure how this DQ Star City,Wv even stays open not only is it the slowest I have ever been to but the quality is the worst. I ordered a snickers blizzard... I basically got a cup of vanilla ice cream.all they did is scoop a few teaspoons of snickers on top the ice-cream and put a lid on it. No care in a job your paid to do.

    Ordered a special ordered ice cream cake for daughter's birthday on Thursday. Arrived today at scheduled pick up time to find the store was closed and never opened. Had no choice but to go but a different cake. Thanks for spoiling her birthday.

    i’m not one to write reviews on places but oh my god, i went through the drive thru and ordered a kids meal and a backyard burger, i waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, no one behind me and no one in the store, not only did they only hand me the beckyard burger, but didn’t give me the kids meal, i had to ask them where it was, then they didn’t give me my fries or my drink. i drive off and find out they gave me 2 backyard burgers instead of the kids meal, but hey im not complaining about that.
