  First, let me say I use to love Chipotle. Also, I rarely leave a negative review, even if warranted, for a business because I know how hard it is to operate a business. But, in the last few years every location I have visited has been so dirty. This one is no exception. When we walked in an employee was sitting on a bucket and ignored or didn’t see us for two minutes. The guy could have been cleaning tables or taking out trash or helping customers! The glass where you order was so smuggled, food all over the floor in the kitchen and dining area. All the tables needed wiped off. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Chipotle really needs to take some notes from Chick fil an on cleanliness and how to treat paying customers well. At the very least, have someone frequently cleaning I think, like lots of people I’ve talked to, this is my last visit to Chipotle I hope they can literally clean up their act.

  i stopped by the chipotle on 117 foxtown road the other day and i was honestly suprised by how great everything was. i usually expect a long wait at these places but the line moved super fast and the workers were actually smiling and being helpfull. i got a carnitas bowl and the portion size was huge, they didnt skimp on the meat or the beans at all which i really apreciate. sometimes you go to chipotle and they act like the cheese is coming out of there own paycheck but the girl working the line gave me a solid handful without me even asking. the restaurant looked real clean too, including the drink station which is usually a mess at other spots i go to. the chips were perfectly seasoned and had that nice lime taste and they werent stale at all. i also noticed that even though they were busy with online orders they didnt make the people in line feel like they werent a priority. its hard to find a fast food place that gets the order right and has good energy but this location definitly nailed it. i will for sure be making this my regular go to spot when i want a burrito because the quality was just way better then what i am used to lately.

  Who decided to cut the portions why still charging full price? This place is so inconsistent on portions that we are looking for other options for our take out nights. (EDIT 2/1/26) Again the portions were about 2/3rds what you usually get.

  Ordered a burrito, half the ingredients were left out. Tried to call the store to see if they'd remake, AI voice system sent me to customer service, customer service sent me back to the AI system when I asked to talk to someone in the store. Tried talking to the chatbot in the app. It apologized and gave me a coupon for a free drink then hung up on me. I hate the world now.

  This chipotle is absolutely undoubtedly the best chipotle within 2 states. Always fresh and good looking food
