  ZERO STARS!!!! This is the second time we have had to deal with the rudeness of the employees at the Sabraton location!! Especially the weekend help! You either have to wait 10 minutes or deal with the attitudes! Love the iced coffee but I will now go out of my way to get Starbucks and pay the extra!!! Management needs to get their employees in check or get new management!! I don’t know how this place is even still up and running!!

  The dunkin on earl core road is the only one me and my husband will go to. The service is great and we love the employees. Coffee is always on point and food is great. I want to say we appreciate the hard work you do and appreciate the manager and the hard work she does and all the bull she has to put up with. You guys do a great job and not let anyone else tell you different just remember we only come there to get our coffee. Jenna and jessee o.

  Didn’t take the rest of my order just said pull up and cut me off while I was talking. Horrible service every time. Will not be back!

  This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order, and the girl in the drive through “said we just received that. Like literally not even a minute ago.” There is no difference in me telling you my order at the drive through or placing it on my app. Then she told me they did not have coconut milk to make my drink. They offered to make it with water? Then I asked to cancel my order and she yelled very rudely and said she couldn’t hear me. I asked again and she told me to go to the window. And when I did, I didn’t say anything and she was rolling her eyes and shanking her head and I was never at all rude. Also my friend was in the car behind me and ordered the exact same thing as me, and they made it and didn’t say anything about not having something to make it. I called back in to ask for a corporate number and they were still being rude and saying they couldn’t hear me. Just to be hateful. And she gave me a number to a gas and oil place.
