  They are somehow staffed well enough to accept mobile orders but arent staffed well enough to complete the orders. They also don't think its important for their employees to know how to cancel mobile orders so the customer can process a refund.

  I placed an order for a cheese burger with fries and an order of onion rings at 12:00. I did not receive the onion rings until 12:39! The same person at the cash register was also packaging food with bare hands, no handwashing between collecting money. I watched him touch his face, hat and glasses before he picked up the fries and onion rings. He picked what he spilled up from the counter, put them back in my food basket, covered the top of the food WITH HIS BARE HAND to put them in the to go bag. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, the burger wasn’t even what I ordered. DO NOT EAT HERE! This place is poorly managed. Penny, you should be ashamed of yourself. Staff are not properly trained, poorly staffed, no service and the food is disgusting. Well, what we actually dared to eat. Waste of hard earned money. 4/10/26

  I went in last week to get my normal weekly meal I've always gotten at this location and this extremely rude girl was working the drive thru, she got my order entirely wrong, huffed like her job was literally impossible multiple times and sounded very mocking as she took the order (that she got wrong) so after checking my food I went inside to get it fixed I learned apparently her name was Alex, she was the brown haired girl working drive through that night and I personally believe she shouldn't have any role that allows interaction with the public, the only redeeming part was the sweet girl with blue hair working the register, even though she looked like a deer in headlights the whole time

  Actually the slowest DQ in America. Not one time. Ever time you go. Bunch of teenagers who deliberately don’t take orders, turn the lights off in the drive thru and don’t even have the phone hooked up all because cause they don’t want to work. Takes probably 15 minutes for 1 order to make it through.
