Not complicated order for 2 people both ordered a meal kitchen sent out wrong chicken sandwich (plain w cheese) they sent spicy and the poor cheese was trying to escape from the madness. Jbc had a one inch piece of "bacon" sad sandwich. Last chance in returning was restroom where 2 employees i assume take their breaks the the faint sound of tiktok coming from one of the stalls. Left never to return, sorry Wendy's you definitely dropped the ball on this restaurant.

Well guess what, it only had cheese on it, not even the bacon. Didn't know I could add a photo here or I would have. When I call Wendy's to complain, all they would say is that I had to talk to door dash. Well, I didn't order from door dash, I ordered from Wendy's. They refused to refund my money or any other help. Tried calling Wendy's Corp. headquarters, no one answered only go their AI answering machine, which said the samething. I have been a Wendy's customer since the 1980's but now I'll have eat or order from there again. This is one unsatisfied customer they have lost and I hope everyone else will feel the same. Put them out of business! If I would give them less then one star rating I would.
