  went to Martinsburg on Thursday just got a email about the $5 drink specials on Thursdays but the bartender didn't no anything about the special got a blooming onion it was well done waiting a very long time between meal servings got a salad with ranch dressing it was blue cheese had to flag down a different waitress to get bread had to wait a good while for our food got chopped steak it looked good but either the steak or the mushroom gravy had so much salt in it I couldnt eat it then I got charge a extra $1,50 for mushroom sauce where it says it comes with it we were 11/2 hrs getting our food I will not be back I was going to ask to talk to the manager but he was to busy talking to the regulars never again

  The manager Phil truly went above and beyond tonight. There was an issue with my takeout order being mixed. I truly appreciate him being so kind on the phone and making things right. Phil if you get to see this review, I hope upper management sees that you are a keeper and I hope they treat you well! Thank you again for the great customer service!! I know your job isn’t always the easiest!

  We enjoyed our dinner from curbside carry out. The best experience I’ve had. Everything I asked for was provided like extra toppings, plasticware, our steaks were cooked to perfection, the asparagus was wonderful, the carrot cake was delicious as always. Very very pleased

  My family can always count on this location for good food and service. It was packed yesterday night and the staff really worked well together. The blooming onion was delivered at the blink of an eye. The crocodile drink with Midori is delicious. My family and I were planning our next meal there while we ate. The server was experienced and handled all her tables well. The manager came out and thanked my husband for his service. Turns out the manager is a combat army veteran himself 🇺🇸 Be sure to use the wait-list seating online as it gets you a bit ahead of the waiting game.

  I had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, RJ. From the moment we were seated, RJ was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure our drinks were always filled, checked in at just the right times, and gave helpful recommendations from the menu. What really stood out was his positive attitude and professionalism it felt like he truly cared about making our dining experience enjoyable. RJ is definitely an asset to the team, and I’d happily come back knowing we’d be in good hands again.
