When putting in a new order for it instead of looking up the order they took it off my partner's phone from the screenshot of the order I sent. When given the new order they forgot a double stack. After receiving replacement he left to avoid conflict. The workers were yelling at each other across the kitchen while actively wearing headsets. This is lazy service that is either rushed or not properly communicated.

After telling the young man on the speaker that the doors were locked I overheard a girl in the back say very rudely, “they aren’t locked. they aren’t locked” As if i was lying out my ass??? Not sure what her name is or if she’s in management but if she was in any of my stores that wouldn’t fly with me or any other DMs. Completely unprofessional and very rude. If the doors weren’t locked don’t you think I’d already be inside? LMAO
