Let me start this with we usually order here all the time but after tonight never again … we had one of the worst experiences tonight I placed a mobile order for pick up it was about 12:22am when we went to pick it up we sat at the window for a bit before they told us to pull into a parking hole to wait (no big deal I expected a little bit of a wait since it was so late ) now here’s where the issue was while waiting at the window we saw the guy making our food WITHOUT gloves when we addressed this issue with them when they brought our food out both workers claimed they didn’t have gloves & they didn’t need them ( you can look up the policy and see they are supposed to wear them plus we have family that works for this company & have worked in the fast food industry before ) anyways when we asked them to refund or remake it , it was an issue they called the manger as they said & we were told they couldn’t issue a refund since I ordered on the app ( no problem except I couldn’t canceled the order or request a refund & customer service claimed I didn’t even have an order when clearly I did I even gave them the order number they said they would just remake the sandwich’s but it would take a bit ( I said that’s fine as long as they used gloves I didn’t hear them tell my bf that they so called didn’t have any gloves ) well I’m 100% sure they didn’t remake them at all because it only took them 4 minutes if that to bring it all back out & it was all cold ( I only know this because I was on the phone with customer service for about that time trying to get my money back so we could just tell them to forget it ) & when the lady brought it out she had gloves on talking about oh we did have gloves I just didn’t know because I’ve only been here 3 days ( she wasn’t even the one we saw making the food while looking in the window it was the man that was working & on top of that she should of already known from the start she was supposed to wear gloves because it’s in the training / videos you do before your even allowed to work with food ) the ONLY reason I even accepted the food after all that is because my kids were hungry & wanted their kids meals ( they didn’t have sandwiches ) if it wasn’t for that I would of just said forget it all together. So needless to say I wasted money on food that wasnt ate because it wasn’t remade in under 4 minutes especially when it was cold at that ( all the sandwiches went straight to the trash when we got home ) & she said she had to cook more & we already waited like 15 mins or so just for them to bring it out the first time so I know for a fact it wasn’t remade in 4 minutes.

Ordered drive thru pick up. Got the wrong order. They got confused with what I was saying and refunded the correct order. When putting in a new order for it instead of looking up the order they took it off my partner's phone from the screenshot of the order I sent. When given the new order they forgot a double stack. After receiving replacement he left to avoid conflict. The workers were yelling at each other across the kitchen while actively wearing headsets. This is lazy service that is either rushed or not properly communicated.

Food was great. Speed of service was next level. The lobby was clean and looked well maintained. These employees deserve praise. Im glad I choose to stop here for my family to eat

Tried to go inside at 9:30pm and the doors were locked. So i pulled up to the drive thru and I was told to go inside, yet the doors were locked? After telling the young man on the speaker that the doors were locked I overheard a girl in the back say very rudely, “they aren’t locked. they aren’t locked” As if i was lying out my ass??? Not sure what her name is or if she’s in management but if she was in any of my stores that wouldn’t fly with me or any other DMs. Completely unprofessional and very rude. If the doors weren’t locked don’t you think I’d already be inside? LMAO
