When I tried to place my order, I was told “no” because they didn't get my order at the screen, followed by dismissive behavior and laughter. That kind of response is not only unprofessional, but downright unacceptable. To be clear: this isn't just about a smoothie. It's about how customers are treated. As someone who serves the public every day, I know firsthand how hard this industry can be but I also know that basic respect and decency should never be negotiable. I will be sharing this incident across all my blogging and review platforms because businesses need to be held accountable especially when they fail their customers so blatantly. To the management: I hope this reaches you, and I hope your team is reminded of what hospitality is supposed to mean no matter color, race, gender or religious beliefs.
