I contacted the store and they offered to get it right or credit me another pizza for a later date. We chose to have another pizza to be sent as was ordered. Once it arrived it was completely wrong as well. I called the store again as all I wanted was a refund of my purchase. They told me that I would have to bring the pizza back to have my card credited . At this point two hours after the initial order I took the pizza to the store to get my refund. On arrival after looking at the pizza I sat in the location as the mangers didn’t even know how to credit my card for over 20 minutes. They informed me it was Papa Johns policy that they normally don’t give refunds back. Knowing that I will no longer patronize this Papa John’s or this location again.

(Very cold, windy & brutally cold outside) It arrived earlier than excepted. It was the best pizza we have had in a long time. Very flavourful and delicious! We will definitely order again!

Order states -pizza sauce +Spicy Grlc, I expect the spicy garlic not the trash pizza sauce. Posting this after 4 times of receiving pizza sauce cups and not the ordered spicy garlic sauce.
