    Ridiculous.. my wife ordered dominoes at the same time as I ordered here. Dominoes was delivered in 45 minutes. I WAITED 2.5 HOURS FOR A PIZZA AND CHEESESTICKS. WOULDNT HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE WITH SOME SORT OF WARNING. A COURTESY PHONE CALL.would be nice, or something on the online order. I know they werent that much busier tyan dominoes to be an hour n a half longer wait. . NO WAY TO RUN THINGS TO NOT LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT A BASIC DELIVERY WILL BE 2.5 HOURS. No one expects a pizza to be an hour at most without SOME SORT of communication. Absolutely ridiculous.and it would been nice to know doordash was bringing it with NO HOT BAG. DO BETTER PAPA JOHNS, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    Placed a pickup order and hour before the pickup time I picked and when I get there at exactly my pickup time they tell me it's going to be another 15 minutes.. my fiance was already running late for work that's why I set a pickup time and I had to get a refund totally disappointing it was my first time there..
