  Although the pizza's not bad the management needs a little more guidance on social skills a good place for new kids getting out there in the workforce but professionalism could use a little more coaching on the business aspect

  You save money ordering specials and then picking up lol but I love the service and pizza!!!

  I had placed an order for delivery and on arrival the order was wrong and the pizza wasn’t even made with the right ingredients. I contacted the store and they offered to get it right or credit me another pizza for a later date. We chose to have another pizza to be sent as was ordered. Once it arrived it was completely wrong as well. I called the store again as all I wanted was a refund of my purchase. They told me that I would have to bring the pizza back to have my card credited . At this point two hours after the initial order I took the pizza to the store to get my refund. On arrival after looking at the pizza I sat in the location as the mangers didn’t even know how to credit my card for over 20 minutes. They informed me it was Papa Johns policy that they normally don’t give refunds back. Knowing that I will no longer patronize this Papa John’s or this location again.

  Rude, non-native english speaking person who took the order. Sparse toppings that barely cover the inside 3rd of the pizza. It's good that I ordered extra cheese or I may not have gotten any. I won't be back.
