Then you’re stuck waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes in a spot every single time. Like whose idea was this? It’s horrible. Just have people wait at the window, instead of having 20 cars around the parking lot waiting for orders.

They cannot handle more than 2 orders at a time, "fast" food takes 30 minutes to receive from time of order, and when you FINALLY get it they ALWAYS forget half your order. Imagine my children's shock when they opened their mcnugget happy mealS and BOTH were missing the nuggets..... this place has gone downhill so bad!!!
