- DPDanielle Page2 days ago1.0Im a door washer i get like 10 plus orders every 3 hrs or so when om dashing to this location. Almost everytime in the last 2 weeks . I have received notifications from dd saying the customers order is ready. I have stood at the counter after giving info needed to pick up the food on more than 20 occasions for more then 15 minutes. I used to work at McDonald's. I understand and fully aware of proper procedures and standards of Mateos McD. The employees are clearing all screens and attempting and horribly failing to assemble orders off tickets with a blank screen. I've watched them bag wrong items more than enough watched them have people parked for 10 plus minutes and the attitudes and. Disrespectful things they have said to myself and plenty other guest is absolutely insane. They clearly need reminders on bumping orders that aren't bagged and truly ready. As a door dasher this kills our deliveries not only with timing but with customers tipping as well. They have got to do better .

The whole point of a mobile order is to not wait! Your prices have gone up while your service has gone down! STOP MAKING MOBILE ORDERS WAIT!!! It’s not like it’s every once in a while it’s every single time! If I want to wait for food I’ll go to a restaurant. Stop calling yourself fast food because you’re not! Called the customer service line and silence!

Smh! Then you could hear the people behind the counter cursing up a storm the whole time! It was not the best experience!
