There is never anyone at the counter to help regular customers and door dashers have to wait up to ten minutes for orders. A lot of the time you can hear the staff in the back laughing and complaining about having to work. When an employee finally comes to help customers or dashers, the workers are impolite and less than helpful. I do not recommend this restaurant at all!

Someone needs to do something about this branch

Because I was paying cash and then it took another 35 minutes to get my food. All they were worried about was DoorDash and mobile orders. That was it both of the drive through lines were so full. It was not even funny, I get it, you're busy, but do better employees were going on their breaks and ordering food and then they were getting served before other customers. Take care of the customers. Then go on your break. II don't get it.\n No one acknowledges anyone unless they're there for DoorDash or a mobile order. And to see them standing around in the kitchen , doing absolutely nothing is disheartening
