Self check is alright for just grab and go but when you have a cart full they are toooo small. I don't have a problem with selfcheck but theirs keep telling you to put item in bag before you have time to do it.
- SNsydney nicoleJan 25, 20261.0i went here the other day because i needed to get cash back because i lost my whole wallet and needed cash to get a new id. so the lady is very aggressive to begin with when i ask her if she does cash back. she then over explains something so much so it doesn’t make sense and i get the registers mixed up and i couldn’t get cash back and i paid for my thing but i didn’t even want that i just needed the cash. and then i asked her and she said i didn’t pay for it even though i had the receipt in my hand. she went over to the register and said “i don’t see anything” all while holding the receipt in my hand. she then had me pay for it again and refused to give me my money back because she said i didn’t pay for it even though she was staring right at the receipt. so then i go to customer service and they’re all high school mean girls that get off on bullying other people. i explain everything they do the refund but they were all very rude, they clearly didn’t know what a receipt looked like or how a register worked so all in all not going back. not to mention the prices are INSANE guys you’re better off going to aldi in charles town it’s way cheaper and then get the stuff you can’t find at walmart… will save you so much money and the people are 10x nicer in charles town

I was just going to carry a basket for my wife in my wheelchair but since they didn't have those we went looking for an electronic cart, and of course there were none. This is not a busy time, just before noon and very few people were in the store
