I went to try jimmy John for the first time and was recommended a sub to try. The service was good. The women at the register was very kind and helpful. Though I can’t say the food was any good. It’s smell as if the onion were old and the meat didn’t not taste good, after biting into I could not finish eating. I felt unwell overall.

Never get my pickles when I use the app. Not sure if this is just a way to make an extra $2.19. Very annoying.

Quality of ingredients are fine (in consideration of the area), but the service is spotty: they tend to skimp on meat, leaving the ratio way off. I had a cubano and I would say there was 4 pickle slices for every slice of meat in my sandwich. I would say it’s decent for the area, but I would much rather pickup from King’s.

My husband and I frequently visit jimmy johns in Winchester we were so excited to have one near us in, however this is the second time we have ordered food and have been disappointed. We decided to order in store to go and what we saw were two employees one making sandwiches and the other not helping at all and talking to what appeared to be coworkers off the clock. The woman that was working let another boy behind the sandwich station to eat right where the other gentleman was making my food. The boy who was making the subs repeatedly asked the lady for help and she ignored him and laughed. Finally after waiting almost 25 minutes the guy gave us the food…. And forgot our ranches I went back in to get the ranch and they gave us empty ranch cups……. Smh will not be returning.
