When I order customized donuts, they throw in whatever they want, instead of what was requested, and don't even bother to let me know or ask my preference. $10 for a half dozen?? You better have the donuts each member of my family wants for that price, every time. Their breakfast "food" is even worse. Bread is never toasted, always chewy from being microwaved, even when the toasted option is requested. Cheese is always melted into the bread like it's been sitting on a warmer for a day or two. They used to have a few good employees that would correct these mistakes, but they don't even have that anymore. I'll be making my coffee at home, and go elsewhere for breakfast treats.
