    LlUnfortunately I love dunkin', however the Martinsburg location in WV has terrible customer service. They were extremely busy yesterday when we went in. We had two separate orders. with my 2nd one they didn't give us our donut holes. When I came back to ask for them with my ticket #, she said it was my fault because all they do is place them on the counter. She then said I could order more if I wanted some. I had to walk away without my son's birthday donut holes.

    This is my home Dunkin location and I probably visit it like 3 times a week and compared to the ones around it (Foxcroft Ave and Spring Mills) this Dunkin NEVER disappoints. My food comes out on time, piping hot, never burnt, and my coffee made to perfection every time. The staff are kind and pleasant and the atmosphere is calm even when it's busy. Literally the best Dunkin team around imo.
