I asked for my favorite ham egg cheese corrsant sandwich she rudely said we don’t have them. I asked how I got one last month. She said we haven’t had them for years. Absolutely rude. Dunkin’ needs to terminate her.

(Or any other owned by this owner) I ordered a coffee online so my husband could pick it up when I went in to surgery so I could have it when I was done. It was OUR fault that he did not get there when we said we would be there and they has just thrown it away (he called them) so the wonderful girl who answered (manager) heard his story and told him to come in when he could tell whoever waiting on him that she said this one would be on the house. So he did and rather were wonderful. But as they were talking to him while they were fixing the drink the owner over heard and got very nasty with Tracy and said it wasn't the stores fault and that he had to pay for this one. My husband agreed but the owner just kept being nasty. So Tracy paid for the coffee and then threw it in the trash in front of owner and said he would never be back. There is NO reason for an owner of a store that gets alot of their business on their customer service. I sure do hope no one else has to deal with this man. I know we never will. And it sucks because I love their coffee. So I am trying to figure out which locations he has nothing to do with so I can go there.

We had two separate orders. with my 2nd one they didn't give us our donut holes. When I came back to ask for them with my ticket #, she said it was my fault because all they do is place them on the counter. She then said I could order more if I wanted some. I had to walk away without my son's birthday donut holes.
