Fortunately I give a two-star rating only because it was fast and efficient but the quality of what I got at least the last two times were unsatisfactory unfortunately. I don't like to ask for my food to be fix in fear of anything ever happening to it not saying it would but places have messed with people's food if something's not correct but I got a simple order both times and both times the food seem like the breakfast soggy with the avocado toast like it was made way earlier and just sat around and the coffee was very weak this time my hash browns were cold in the sweet tea was like insanely sweet not just by my standards but by two other people that had try it I had half a thing of water to it just to dilute it I stopped going to your store and started taking the extra time out to go to the other Dunkin' Donuts by the DMV Dunkin', 39 Severna Pkwy Suite #1, Martinsburg, WV 25403 because their service was very friendly and hopeful and careful and the food was accurate and it tasted better it tasted fresher and it was warm and the coffee was by far better and their sweet tea Unfortunately today when I ordered from your store the girl at the window didn't have a smile on her face didn't tell me her the total at all you know yes it's on the screen but you didn't tell me and then when I got to the window she expected me to know the total like she was just staring at me. And what I mean my food was cold it was cold when I got it hot when it was handed to me yes I was able to reheat it but it still shouldn't be that way. It's sad because I really like Dunkin' Donuts but if it continues this way I will not return.

Lady Boss there was extremely rude as soon as I walked in she said hi how may I help u I said give me a second I just came in she got irritated with me. I asked for my favorite ham egg cheese corrsant sandwich she rudely said we don’t have them. I asked how I got one last month. She said we haven’t had them for years. Absolutely rude. Dunkin’ needs to terminate her.

I will NEVER go to the edwin miller ave location again. (Or any other owned by this owner) I ordered a coffee online so my husband could pick it up when I went in to surgery so I could have it when I was done. It was OUR fault that he did not get there when we said we would be there and they has just thrown it away (he called them) so the wonderful girl who answered (manager) heard his story and told him to come in when he could tell whoever waiting on him that she said this one would be on the house. So he did and rather were wonderful. But as they were talking to him while they were fixing the drink the owner over heard and got very nasty with Tracy and said it wasn't the stores fault and that he had to pay for this one. My husband agreed but the owner just kept being nasty. So Tracy paid for the coffee and then threw it in the trash in front of owner and said he would never be back. There is NO reason for an owner of a store that gets alot of their business on their customer service. I sure do hope no one else has to deal with this man. I know we never will. And it sucks because I love their coffee. So I am trying to figure out which locations he has nothing to do with so I can go there.
